About our ux/ui design service

We run moderated usability sessions with real users in your market, analyse where sessions actually break down using session recordings and funnel data, and turn that into a prioritised list of the specific friction points costing you activation, conversion, or support tickets — before anyone opens a design file.
The design work that follows is deliberately unromantic. We fix information architecture first, because most usability failures are navigation and labelling problems wearing a visual disguise. Then flows, then interface, then the polish. Accessibility is a constraint throughout: keyboard operability, focus management, contrast, and screen reader semantics designed in from the wireframe stage, which matters both for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and because assistive technology users are a real part of your audience.
Deliverables are built for developers, not for a portfolio. Every engagement ends with a component library, documented states and behaviours, spacing and type tokens, and annotated specifications — so an engineer implementing a screen does not have to guess what happens on error, on empty, or at a narrow breakpoint. We work alongside in-house engineering teams across India and can stay engaged through implementation review. Engagements are quote-based and scoped per project.

How does your research-led process work?
We start with actual user research — moderated usability tests, stakeholder interviews, and analytics review — to identify real friction points. Then we validate solutions through wireframes and prototypes before moving to high-fidelity design and development handoff.
Can you work with our engineering team?
Absolutely. We work in your tooling, join your standups where it helps, and deliver components in the granularity your codebase expects. We also do implementation review at the end of each sprint, because the gap between a design file and shipped code is where most quality is lost.
How do you handle accessibility in product design?
As a constraint, not a phase. Contrast ratios, focus order, keyboard operability, and screen reader semantics are decided at wireframe and component level and documented in the design system, so accessible behaviour is inherited by every new screen. We target WCAG 2.1 AA and hand over documentation of what was designed and what still requires engineering support.
How are UX engagements priced?
Quote-based and scoped per project or per phase. Research, design, and system work can be scoped as a single engagement or run as sequential phases so you can stop after research if the findings change your priorities. Longer-term embedded design support is scoped separately.
